Peluche white and blue Bottle-case

Materials
2 x 50g balls of Ornaghi Filati Peluche: 1 ball white, 1 ball blue; one pair 5 mm needles; a 4 mm crochet hook.

Stitches
Garter stitch (Gr st):
Knit all rows.
Striped Gr st:
*2 rows blue, 2 rows white*
Single crochet (sc)

Side
With size 5 mm needles and blue cast on 40 sts. Work 52 rows in striped Gr st. Cast off all sts.

Bottom
With size 5 mm needles and white cast on 3 sts. Work in Gr st. Shape sides. Incr. 1 st at each end of every 4th row 3 times, 1 st at each end of next alternate row (=11 sts), then cast off 2 sts at beg of next 4 rows. Cast off 3 rem. sts.

To make up
Join side to form a ring. Sew side to bottom. Work handle. With crochet hook and blue starting from one side of bottle-case croch. 2 sc; turn; 2 sc; turn. Work in this way 23 cm, hook on opposite side.
