10 sts and 14 rows to 10 cm in St st using size 6 mm needles.

Back
With size 6 mm needles cast on 40 sts. Work 4 rows in Gr st (=2 cm). Cont in St st. Work straight until piece measures 19 cm from Gr st (=26 r.). Shape armholes. Cast off at beg of every row 2 sts twice, 1 st twice (=34 sts). Work straight until piece measures 39 cm from Gr st (=55 r.). Cast off rem. 34 sts.

Right front
With size 6 mm needles cast on 22 sts. Work 4 rows in Gr st (=2 cm). Cont in St st. Next row (WS): p8. Turn. Next rox: k8. Turn. Next row: p10. Turn. Next row: k10. Next row: p12. Next row: k12. Cont. working every WS 2 sts more 3 more times, 4 sts. Next row (RS): 3 sts in Gr st, 19 sts in St st. Work straight until piece measures 16 cm from Gr st (=23 r.). Shape neck. K3, SKP (slip 1, k1, pass slipped st over knit st), K to end. Cont. decr. sts every 4th row 8 more times. At the same time when piece measures 19 cm from beg (=26 r.) shape armhole. Cast off at beg of every alt row 2 sts once, 1 st once. Work straight until piece measures 39 cm from beg (=55 r.). Cast off rem. 10 sts. Work left front reversing shapings.

Sleeves
With size 6 mm needles cast on 21 sts. Work 4 rows in Gr st (=2 cm). Cont in St st. Shape sides by increasing 1 st at each end of every following 10th row 3 times (=27 sts). Work straight until sleeve measures 41 cm from Gr st (=57 r.). Shape the top of the sleeve. Cast off at beg of foll rows 2 sts twice, 1 st 9 times. When sleeve measures 55 cm from Gr st (=77 r.) cast off rem. 5 sts.

To make up
Join shoulders seams. Join sides. Sew in sleeves.
