Krystal Scarf

Requirements:
2 x 50g balls of Ornaghi Filati Kristal; one pair No. 8 needles; size 5 crochet hook.

Stitches:
Garter stitch (Gr st)
Knit all rows.
Open-work stitch:
Row 1: purl
Row 2: *2yo, k1, rep from * across.
Row 3: *drop yo, sl 3 sts on right needle; slip the 3 sts again on left needle and k3tog, yo, k3 tog; drop sts from left needle, rep from * across.
Rows 4: purl.
Rows 1-4 form pattern.


Gauge:
14 sts and 12 rows to 10 cm in Opèen-work st using size 8 needles.

Directions:
With size 8 needles cast on 66 sts. Work 4 rows in Gr st. Cont. in Open-work st. Work straight untile work measures 130 cm from beg (=156 r.). Work 4 rows in Gr st. Bind off.

Manufacturing:
Cut 78 strands of yarn 40 cm long. Take 3 strands of yarn and fold in two. With the hook pass the strands along the edges of the scarf and fasten the fringe.
