Requirements:
150 grams in total of Ornaghi Filati St. Tropez yarn of which 100 grams
should be hazel-brown and 50 grams should be brown; No. 4 crochet hook.
Stitches used:
Lower stitch; Upper stitch.
Crossed upper stitches: * skip 1 base stitch, knit 1 upper stitch
in the following stitch, knit 1 upper stitch in the skipped stitch *.
Shrimp stitch: Lower stitch but knitted from left to right.
Sample:
10 X 10 cm in lower stitch mode = 13 stitches X 18 lines.
Manufacturing:
With the hazel-brown start 7 stitches and knit 6 lower stitches, 3 lower
stitches in the first stitch of the chain-stitch, 5 lower stitches on
the other side of the chain-stitches, 3 lower stitches in the last stitch.
Proceed around in lower stitch mode and knit ten rows, knitting during
every row 3 lower stitches on the central stitch of the three lower stitches
to the two extremities. Proceed around and in a plain mode, without any
cast ons and knit. Five rows in a lower stitch mode using the hazel-brown
yarn, one row in an crossed upper stitch mode with the brown yarn, 16
rows in a lower stitch mode using the hazel brown yarn, one row in a crossed
upper stitch mode, 4 rows using a lower stitch mode using the hazel-brown
yarn, and the following row knit * 5 lower stitches, 1 chain stitch, skip
1 stitch *, then knit with the hazel-brown yarn 4 rows in a lower stitch
mode, and finish with the brown yarn knitting one row in a shrimp stitch
mode. Cut the yarn and fix it.
Using a piece of brown yarn and once piece of hazel-brown yarn, prepare
two 100-cm long cords and pass them through the open-work row, knotting
them to the sides to close the bag.
